Day 01 - ARRIVE KOCHIchin
Arrival transfer from airport to your hotel. Afternoon a half-day tour of Kochi City. Kochi is also known as Cochin. Ernakulam and Kochi are dynamic cities.Kochi town is in three parts. Fort Kochi occupies the southern promontory on the seaward side of the Bay. Willingdon Island is the Head Quarter of the Southern Command of the Indian Navy. Across the causeway from Willingdon Island is Ernakulam. Overnight at hotel.

Day 02 - KOCHI / KERALEEYAM
Morning drive to Keraleeyam and check into Ayurvedic Resort. Afternoon enjoy Canoeing around Keraleeyam. Also visit the town and beach of Alleppey. Overnight at Keraleeyam Resort.

Day 03 - KERALEEYAM
Today embark on a motor boat cruise on the backwaters. Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight at Keraleeyam Resort.

Day 04 - KERALEEYAM
Today visit a typical Kerala Village and a Coir Factory. Later enjoy a Country Boat Cruise and trek through the local area. Overnight at Keraleeyam Resort.

Days 05, 06 and 07 - KERALEEYAM
Sanjeevanam Ayurvedic Rejuvenation Program. Overnight at Resort

Sanjeevanam Ayurvedic Rejuvenation Therapy is a simple and comfortable procedure of rejuvenation therapy practiced in Ayurveda. It comprises therapeutic procedures like Pizhichil, Dhara, Avisnanam, Njavarakizhi, Thirummal and similar therapies. The major process involves -
- Massage with herbal oils and / or kizhis (boluses)
- Sweating by herb enriched steam and regular herbal bath
- Some procedures also involve the in take of herbal preparations.

The selection of the procedure and deciding the duration of each procedure is at the discretion of the Ayurvedic Doctor and is done under his/her guidance.
