01 : DELHI - CHAIL (325 Kms.)
2200 hrs. - Assemble at College
2230 hrs. - Departure for Chail

02 : CHAIL

Next day morning arrive Chail & Check-in to your hotel.
Get fresh and after breakfast get ready for sightseeing tour
of Chail covering World's highest Cricket ground, Sidh
Temple, Kali Ka Tibba, Balhog & Lovers Hill. After lunch
at hotel, we cover remaining sightseeing places. Chail was
the former summer capital of the Patiala state. It is 45 kms
from Shimla and 86 kms from Kalka via Khandaghat and the picturesque
Sadhupul village. At 2,250 mts it has the world's highest
cricket pitch and polo ground. After full day of excitement
and thrill enjoy a cup of tea at hotel. Dinner & Overnight
at the hotel.

03 : CHAIL - KUFRI - SHIMLA

At Chail Good morning starts with good cup of tea. After breakfast
proceed for Kufri and Shimla sightseeing tour. Kufri
is famous for it's ski slopes, and panoramic views where deep
valleys and forests rise towards the lofty Himalayas. Through
thick cedar woods one can walk up to the Mahasu Peak
(if time permits). Continue journey to Shimla, the capital
of Himachal Pradesh and is the most popular and established
hill station of Northern India. It is situated at an altitude
of 2,130 m. Check in to your hotel and after lunch get ready
to explore this beautiful city. Tourist attractions are Rashtrapati
Niwas, Christ Church & Himachal State Museum. Spend evening
at The Mall and Scandal Point (It was here that
the dashing Maharaja of Patiala was reputed to have abducted
the beautiful daughter of an English gentleman, and whisked
her off to his palace at Chail. The incident was hushed up,
the lady never complained and only the name Scandal Point
remind visitors of the story). Don't forget to come back to
hotel for dinner. Dinner & overnight at hotel.

04 : SHIMLA
After breakfast proceed for Jakhu Temple. After early lunch/
pack lunch, we proceed for Summer Hill : (1983 m) is 5 km
away on the Shimla to Kalka railway line and has pleasant,
shady walks, Chadwick Falls (1586 m) are 67 m high but are
only really worth visiting during the monsoon, between July
and October. The falls are 7 km from Shimla and reached via
Summer hill and Sankat Mochan (1875 m) has a Hanuman temple
and a fine view of Shimla, and can be reached on foot or by
car ( 7 kms from Shimla). Evening free to enjoy on Mall Road.

05 : SHIMLA - DELHI (388

After breakfast proceed quick Nature walk, optional.
Proceed for onwards destination - Delhi
